We offer real estate photography services to all of Orange County, with a particular focus on central/south county and coastal luxury listings, including Irvine, Newport Beach and surrounding cities. We occasionally are able to accomodate listings outside of Orange County on a limited basis, travel fee may apply.
Our price list shows drone as a separate add-on to photos and/or video. However, we are starting to transition to using drone a standard offering as part of our photo package for all exterior as well as aerial shots. Please confirm with us the details of your specific listing and we will quote an accurate price.
We carry full professional liability insurance, and are FAA part 107 licensed for drone operations. We also are affiliate photographer members of Orange County REALTORS®, and registered with the CRMLS photographer list.
Virtual twilights are created from daytime exterior photos, and modifed to resemble evening photographs, by digitally adding lights, removing shadows, sky replacement and so forth. Actual twilights require photography just at the sunset/twilight time, and need to be scheduled separately, although they are usually preferable for very high end luxury listings to capture the actual landscape and architecture lighting faithfully. Virtual twilights are available as an add-on to any shoots, priced per photograph as shown on our price list. Actual twilights need to be scheduled and will be custom quoted.
Certain elements of our media packages may not apply to your listing; for example, if the home is already staged, you will not need virtual staging. We can adjust price accordingly, or substitute for some other service. Pelase feel free to discuss customizing a package that is a perfect fit for your listing.
We operate a full service media production business in addition to real estate photography, and can help you with all your production and marketing needs. All of our photographs are captured and edited using high end, premium techniques (5 bracket AEB HDR capture, hand blended premium editing). We gear our services towards luxury listings, and apply the same standards to all of our listing photos, even for houses in the lower end market. Our goal is to make your listings stand out with consistent, high quality professionalism, to build your portfolio so new clients will trust you with their listing.
No payment is required to book our services. Upon delivery, you will be presented with a review delivery web page with watermarked versions of the photos, through which you can pay online and download the full unwatermarked versions immediately.
We currently do all our booking through phone and/or text. We like to communicate with our customers personally and ensure our schedules coordinate, and go over any specifics about what services you want, and any special considerations.
Yes, it is important to establish a good personal relationship with our customers and get to know your specific preferences, branding guidelines, methods of communication and so forth. The best way to do that is to have the same photographer each time, and if that will ever change in the future we will communicate with you and ensure they are fuly trained in the same techniques we use, and all details regarding preferences communicated proeprly to ensure a consistent experience and quality of product.
As according to the standard practice in the industry, we retain copyright ownership of all images and video we capture, and we grant you a nonexclusive right to use the materials in any way you see fit to promote the listing including uploading to MLS and social media, using on your own website and marketing materials to promote the listing, as well as building your brand to attract future listings, and so forth. We appreciate crediting us as the photographer on social media posts and in marketing where it is convenient to do so, but we do not require it.
